Commission Liaison & Client Experience Lead

Location: Remote

Role Summary:
Act as the main point of contact for collectors and clients seeking commissioned work. This role is ideal for someone empathetic, professional, and comfortable guiding clients through creative processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage all communication related to commission inquiries and timelines
Schedule consultations and ensure clients are informed at each stage
Track project progress and provide client updates
Assist with preparing documentation, invoices, and delivery logistics
Ensure a refined, high-touch client experience from inquiry to completion

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in client relations, art sales, or luxury service roles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with commission workflows and creative project timelines
Experience with CRM platforms, invoicing software, and order management
A high level of discretion, warmth, and professionalism when engaging with collectors
