Imprisoned by the Past is a hauntingly surreal meditation on liberation and inner transformation. In a cracked, desolate cavern strewn with broken doll parts and fading roses, a young woman with tattered fiery wings kneels in quiet agony. Her wings, vibrant yet tethered by heavy chains, suggest that her potential for flight — her spirit — is being suppressed by forces seen and unseen.

Surrounding her are remnants of innocence and identity: broken dolls that mirror vulnerability, trauma, and childhood lost.
